Weeknight Terms of Service
The terms governing use of Weeknight, from Arkhos Labs, including subscription pricing, billing, and cancellation.

These terms govern your use of Weeknight ("the App"), operated by Arkhos Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
What Weeknight is
Weeknight helps you plan weekly dinners against a real grocery budget. It suggests recipes, builds a shopping list priced by the pack at a grocery store you choose, and lets you swap meals to see how the total changes. It is a planning tool, not a grocery delivery service, not a nutritionist, and not a substitute for medical or dietary advice.
Pricing accuracy. Prices for Lidl (UK) and Trader Joe's (US) are checked pack by pack against real shelf prices. Prices at every other store are estimated by scaling those verified prices, and are clearly labeled as estimates in the App. Treat any price the App shows as a planning aid, not a guarantee of what you'll pay at checkout; prices change, and regional or promotional pricing may differ from what the App shows.
Recipes and nutrition. Calorie and protein figures are provided for planning purposes. If you have allergies, a medical condition, or specific dietary requirements, verify every ingredient and consult a medical professional before relying on the App's dietary filters; they are a convenience, not a medical safeguard.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Weeknight, and old enough in your jurisdiction to enter into these terms, or have a parent or guardian's permission to do so.
Your data
Weeknight has no account system: no sign-in, no login, no password. Your preferences and plan are stored on your device; your subscription is tied to your App Store account through Apple's own systems, not ours.
Subscriptions
Weeknight offers paid subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system:
- Weekly: $3.99/week, billed weekly
- Yearly: $39.99/year, billed yearly
There is no free trial; payment is charged when you confirm a purchase.
Billing. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests are handled by Apple under their own policies, not by us directly.
Price changes. If we change subscription pricing, existing subscribers will be notified in advance as required by App Store rules before any new price applies to them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for anything unlawful
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the App's subscription gate
- Interfere with the App's operation or other users' use of it
Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its recipe content are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the App; it does not transfer ownership of anything in it.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that recipes, prices, or nutritional information are error-free, complete, or current, and we disclaim warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any difference between a price shown in the App and a price you actually pay in store.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these terms. You can stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the App changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
