Weeknight Support
Help with Weeknight, the meal planner that prices your week at your grocery store. Subscriptions, billing, and how to reach us.
Weeknight plans a week of dinners around your budget, tastes and kitchen, and prices the shopping list by the pack at the grocery store you choose. If something isn't working the way you expect, this page covers the common questions, and the fastest way to reach a human is at the bottom.
Subscriptions and billing
Manage or cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Weeknight to change plans, turn off auto-renewal, or cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restore a purchase. If you've subscribed but the app shows the paywall (for example after reinstalling or switching devices), tap Restore at the bottom of the paywall while signed in to the same Apple ID you purchased with.
Refunds. All payments are processed by Apple, so refund requests go through them, not us: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the Weeknight charge.
Prices in the app
Totals at Lidl (UK) and Trader Joe's (US) are checked pack by pack against real shelf prices. Totals at every other store are estimates scaled from those, and the app labels them as estimated. If a price looks meaningfully wrong at one of the pack-checked stores, we genuinely want to know, tell us the store, the item, and what the shelf said.
Your data
Weeknight stores your preferences and plans on your device. There is no account system and no Weeknight-operated server holding your data. To delete everything stored on your device, go to Settings → Reset my data in the app. Details are in the privacy policy; the terms of service cover everything else.
Contact us
Email hello@weeknight.com and a human will get back to you. Include your device model and iOS version if you're reporting a bug, it helps us reproduce it quickly.
